Overview:
As the Assistant Accountant, you will be responsible for Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable, banking, assist in bookkeeping and monthly closing activities. As part of the team, you will also be expected to assist with the office management and HR related work. Â
Main Responsibilities may include:Â
Bookkeeping and assist in monthly closing Â
Accounts Receivables, Issuing invoices in accounting system, issue Fa PiaoÂ
Accounts Payables and bank paymentsÂ
Assist in weekly and monthly reportsÂ
Other tasks assigned from time to time.
Requirements:Â

Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience Â
Degree in accountancy or other equivalent qualificationsÂ
Hands-on experience in bookkeeping in ChinaÂ
Solid accounting knowledge, meticulous and an eye for detailsÂ
Strong communication skills and able to work closely with the whole team. Â
Experience in handing full set of account is a plusÂ
Bilingual in English and ChineseÂ
