Official work Hours: Monday – Friday (9AM – 5 PM SGT); nature of this role will require to work outside of official working hours.

Overview:
Seeking a highly talented and motivated Security Technical Project Manager to join the Client Corporate Security team. The role will be responsible for the successful delivery of all physical security technology projects in their region. Your work will include supporting the design, construction management, testing and commissioning of physical security packages for all Client Corporate sites.
Responsibilities include:
• Day 1 and Site expansions project management, design and on time delivery
• Vendor management through project lifecycle
• POP project delivery as assigned
• Site security design and liaising with PMO, AV and IT teams
• Using internal system to update project progress
• Onsite testing and commissioning security systems as required
• Project delivery risk identification , problem solving and escalation if needed.
Main Qualifications we are looking for:
· Strong technical security background.
· Excellent problem solving ability
· Demonstrated ability to work independently and without supervision
· A minimum of 10 years working with physical security design and implementation of Access Control/Intrusion Detection and CCTV Surveillance systems.
· Demonstrated ability to manage multiple programs/projects of medium to large scale that are complex in nature.
· Demonstrated ability to interpret program objectives and the compilation of and adherence to project timetables.
· Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical individuals regarding physical security standards and designs.
· Excellent English oral and written communication skills.
· Demonstrated track record for being detail-oriented with a demonstrated ability to self-motivate and follow-through on projects
· Prince 2 or similar project management qualifications
